ONLINE REGISTRATION

    You will not be registered for class, and your place in class is not reserved, until payment is received. We will accept registrations anytime. We will accept payment (which will reserve your spot in class) beginning 6:30am Friday February 24, 2012.

Please note: all classes are subject to minimum enrollment limits. If we do not have enough dogs signed up for a class 5 business days prior to the start of that class, we may cancel the class and not offer it this session. If enrollment is slow 14 business days prior to the start of a class we may cut that class and offer a different one in it's place. If you have signed up for a class that does not happen because of low enrollment numbers, your money will be refunded or you  may use it as a credit toward future classes. Puppy parties and/or special classes, seminars, or events will also be subject to minimum enrollment levels and cut off dates.

_Please note: Please do not bring or use any retractable/expandable leash, such as a  Flexi-lead.  Keeping your dog close to you while around other dogs and people is an important safety precaution for all, so a 4 to 6 foot leash is required.
 Never leave your dog loose and unattended on the grounds or in the building.

VACCINATIONS  &  HEALTH
_All dogs attending classes must be current on all vaccinations as recommended by their veterinarian. 

By completing and submitting  a registration electronically or by any other means, for any class,  you are affirming that your dog is current on necessary  vaccinations;  free of parasites; and not showing signs of illness (vomiting, diarrhea,coughing, lethargy, weakness, etc.)

If your dog or especially your puppy, seems ill, please do not bring him/her to class (or daycare). You may take a make- up class if one is available, or come without your dog to your regular class. Other dog owners in class are often quite happy to "share" their dog during class so you can practice the exercises being taught, then you can go home and teach it all to your dog.  

Puppies must  have at least one set of vaccinations at least 7 days prior to the start of class, as well as a clear fecal report.  Written Proof of Vaccination is required.

Puppy Vaccination and fecal records should be emailed, faxed, mailed in (USPS), or dropped off
in advance  - prior to the first day of class.

All dogs 5 months and older must be vaccinated against Rabies  (State of Wisconsin law)

AGES
Puppies entering Puppy 1 or any Puppy 1 - Short Course,  must be under 18 weeks on the first day of class

Puppies 18 weeks or older belong in an a Youngsters class when available or in Manners 101

SPECIAL pricing to promote socialization!  $15 discount for moving between any classes in the Puppies Welcome! program. To remain in the Puppies Welcome! program you must progress from one level to the next each session with no sessions off in between.

ARE GROUP CLASSES
RIGHT FOR MY DOG?
A group class setting is not appropriate for all dogs. Some dogs need individualized private lessons, or behavioral consultations instead, and will not do well in a group setting.  Group classes are for friendly and quiet dogs. None of us learn well while stressed or anxious, including our dogs!  So if your dog often seems reactive; barky, growly, snarling or lunging around other people or dogs, or aggressive in any manner, then a class setting is likely not the best setting for your dog to learn.  If you aren't sure if a class setting would be appropriate for your dog, please call our office to discuss it, or to get a course evaluation before signing up.
